London artist Flora Yukhnovich’s work fuses modern abstract painting with Rococo sensibilities. At first glance these paintings simply seem to be a riot of colour with non specific shapes but on closer inspection cupids, nymphs and renaissance figures, which might be associated with classical French artworks, emerge from the seemly chaotic figures and forms within her paintings.
